I wanted to say excactly the same Mats..Audi s4 through a fast tight bend,everything going extremely well until I tapped of slightly..severe oversteer and I ended up in Virgin Active`s parking lot.. 
French cars are shit and shit expensive to service and bloody awful and unreliable and expensive and friends don't let friends drive french cars and you wait years for parts.

They do that because of the ride height. Same thing happens on my audi. It will eat out the outer side of the tires. My truck also has all wheel drive and stock it would do that. The remedy is to lower the front and work the alignment and try to limit how high the front goes up.Daniel wrote:Yep, look at EVOs and WRXs on the track. AWD = understeer city

Awd vs rwd really comes down to what the use of the vehicle is. At least for me I love the awd for daily city driving. Love the rwd also. I do miss my gtv6 since it's been ages since i've driven it.
My truck will be nearing 500 +hp and i've taken off the front propshaft. Burnout heaven. Put shaft on and back to traction.
Too me any kind of alfa is fun. It does not matter if it's front rear or awd. If they made a peddle drive alfa, I'd probaly have one.
OK GUYS To a limited point I agree with you, especially about rear wheel drive. Having said that I need to point out that the 1993 DTM season featured the Alfa 155 V6 TI, 2498cc, 420 bhp @ 11.800rpm all on a kerb weight of 1040kg. Now if you know anything about this car, it's all wheel drive.
Alfa door handles might fall off and the air conditioning may be useless but there is one thing those Alfa engineers don't stuff around with and that's the handling department. Great combo of power, weight, traction and handling.
