Does anyone know if the 164 3.0 24v water pump is the same as a 164 12v one, or maybe the same as a 156 2.5 24v or 166/GTV V6 3.0 24v one?
I seem to be having trouble tracking one down in Australia.

Ok, answering my own question here.
The 164 24v engine has a different pump to every other engine.
The 156 / 166 / GTA pump does not fit and neither do any of the 12v ones

.

So now I need to find a waterpump for an engine that was never imported to this country.
