a little off track but saw this in the news.....this is a BIG wave

Xrad where was this photo taken ? Imagine parking off near the beach 'to watch the waves' and this comes along? :shock:

Fernando:China coast Oct 6th, 2007 Super Typhoon Krosa...I think the wave is hitting a big rock or lighthouse ..but still..it must be well over 100 feet to make this kind of splash

....a few years ago a German (i think?) tourist wanted to get a good view of big waves from the high cliffs on the southwest coast of ireland and a huge 60-80 footer washed him away in front of his girlfriend's eyes....

never did find him..
