all and will be ready any day now... All the sensors are on and wired in,
injectors are in, ecu is in, crank angle sensor is running off a 164 pulley
wheel, couldnt use an adaptor plate for manifold comes very close already to existing wheel, so of course once the 164 crank wheel was on, the 164 water pulley wheel wasnt going to fit, so a custom one was made from some aluminum, and of course a new 164 water pump, so basically i'm running a 164 front end! At least in the end its all secure, bolted on right and will be reliable. Also i have a knock sensor installed, as well as a bleed off valve for adjusting boost. Tomorrow is putting all the heat shields in place, and bolting everything back on.
Then next week sometime its off for some tuning on the dyno, should be seeing over
500nm, with the car weighing not much over 1100 now, it should feel good.
Running a high performance coil for the ignition. I'm thinking one day when i have time i'm going to build another manifold but with 32mm runners from the block, then 50mm pipe hitting the turbo, spool up would be crazy i reckon...?

Again i'll say this has been a great learning experience, my car now will be very different to drive, i'm running a different ecu again, Wolf didnt come up with the ecu i wanted in time, but what i have now is leaps and bounds above that old WolfV4, even the new one out!

All new high flow injectors, old ones took half a day, 4hours to remove.

Will send more pics as soon as i can, hope your all well.
