Better yet, find a V70R turbo, older ones have the TD04-19T which is a big step up in compressor trim compared to mine and the current version has a KKK (K24 I think) turbo which is even better.
You can have drawings from me if you like, they are available here locally but I can't imagine that they sell to someone outside Sweden.

Well, i have the 1.8 turbo whith me, it is a race car, worked by a mecanic of the Jolly Club, i have to set the ignition advance, and the ECU doesnt have control of the turbo presure... 8 degrees is a good start point? remember, the car runs 1.2 and it has a fuel presure regulator.. very rich at idle....
I have all the dossiers from auto italia club too

Hi all
Let's talk about bigger injectors!
I talked to a guy from Bosch Motorsport and he gives me the info that the following injecotrs are used by VOLVO fot their Turbo 2,3l.
0 280 150 355
298ccm/min@3bar
345ccm/min@4bar
386ccm/min@5bar
Resistance 2,4Ohm
So they fit in the head but how do I make a Fuel Rail for them?
Are there any tools for that? I didn't find something
Also, Bosch Motorsport has a high flowing racing Injector for the Turbos:
Nr. B 280 410 472
Stat. Flow: 429,3ccm/min@5bar
383,9ccm/min@4bar
332,5ccm/min@3bar
Price is €130.--!!! I think it's really cheap and we need a flowrate of 380cmm for our project car.
So the main problem is the fuel rail....
Any suggestions?
Thank
Andi

I think you should think the other way around. Ditch the barbed injectors and make a manifold that can take O-ring injectors.
Then you can choose from a gazillion injectors, most Volvo and Saab turbo injectors for instance the new V70R injectors I have are rated at 465cc at 3 bars or something.
If you are clever you make the manifold to work with an existing fuel rail, like a 75 TS rail.

Thanks for your answer but we want to use the Turbo manifold etc. We have build a watercooled intercooler. We took the original one change the core from aircooled element to a watercooled element. This keeps the length of the inlet as short as possible. It does the job very very good! So we want to use the original one because everything fits perfect at the moment.....
I only need the tools to do that. Fuel rails are also cheaper

So you are going to use barbed injectors? Then why do you need a new fuel rail?
O-ringed injectors does not fit the std barbed injector holes and a straight pipe typ fuel rail (like on the 75 TS) will fail the coolant return thingy on the intake.

I use bigger injectors with the stock fuel rail and with regular lower valve seals. They plug right in. My web site is down right now but I do have a fairly complete line of fuel injectors in various flow rates for our cars. If you are using high resistance injectors I can provide about whatever flow rate you need.

You can get Citroen Cx 2.3 injectors, l-jet too and about 260cc/min instead of 230 of turbo ones, with raised fuel presure you can get near 280cc/min.
Now a silly question, can i put megasquirt instead of l-jet?, only fuel by now, any comunication between l-jet and ignition ecu like i was told on the 1.8 turbo?
