Mats' tirades aside; the 301.5 number ATW is real. 5 People watched it – 6-7 pulls in a row! Dyno sheet was produced. Period. The 260 foot-pound number is real. It's on the dyno sheet - Jes will post it here. Period. The 2423 pound number is real (unless you want to tell me that Group 2's corner scales are shit...)
The only stab at the unknown that I took was clearly prefaced by the word "if" (for those of you who claim English as their first language - please read my 1st post to this thread.) It is not as simple as a percentage I agree. But heck none of us have time to dwell on it for ages.
However Jim Greek, being the exception, I heard is getting engaged to the Superflow machine as he arranges pre-nuptials.
I remember we had a discussion with Ben Bishop a while ago and we agreed that it wasn't linear hence taking a percentage was inaccurate.
But for simplicity's sake, even the best tuners (ones with both engine AND chassis dyno) out there use a percentage. I got some documents from Jim Greek and the document did mention a .... percentage.... although lower than most others.

Everything is gone, except for essentials. So, window power motors, power door looks, associated switches, associated wiring, carpet, sound insulation material, rear seat+cushion, rear shelf, stereo, ventilation system (hey, this is So Cal
), headliner. Basically, you name it - it's out. It is useless for the street!
What can be done to further reduce weight: polycarbonate side and rear windows, race seat, light weight body panels, ... aluminum front suspension piecs, but that is getting exotic (=expensive).

I'm thinking of a minivan. Mazda MPV can tow 3000 lbs. Honda Odyssey/Pilot can do 3500 lbs. I will most likely get a dolly and not a trailer. Or just disconnect the 1/2 shafts and flat tow the car.
I think for with the car weighing about 2400 lbs and the trailer another 1000 lbs (at least) all the choices above are pretty marginal. Sounds like you need a big 'murrican V8 which will get you 17 mpg (when not towing

Yeah. I previously swore I would never own anything bigger than our practical Saab wagon, but the track car has forced me to bite the dust... think big Japanese V8.
